Professional experience of more than 20 years in the area of Intellectual Property Consulting, in the public and private sector, managing outstanding projects for the Promotion of Innovation, Technology Transfer and specialized training.

Specialized in Intellectual Property Management, Technology Transfer, Technological Intelligence and Economic Valuation of Intangible Assets.

Throughout their professional experience they held the position of Chief of Staff of the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education - XXIII Government of the Portuguese Republic; Director of Consulting and Technological Intelligence at ClarkeModet Portugal; Advisor at the Technology Transfer Office of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa; Advisor to the President of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) in Portugal and collaborated with IC2 of the University of Texas, USA.
