Specialized in the implementation of Data Quality program to define priority data, communication between teams, ability to collect and organize information, ability to analyze data, ability to design and create reports. He has experience in audits of systems and processes in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 and 2015 for the management of the nonconformity base by providing follow-up and attention to internal and external customers, and in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the system by verifying that all requirements of the installed base of customers are met, as well as those of new entrants in order to offer high standards of service.
