We wish to inform you that according to Resolution No. 351/2023 issued by the Argentine Patent and Trademark Office, official fees will increase as of December 1st, 2023.
This increase will affect all the services rendered by the ARPTO. Official fee amounts will increase between 200% and 400%. For your best reference, below you can find, as an example, a comparison of the amounts of some official fees:
Some minor changes have been also made in the code classification related to official fees, which are mainly directed to internal use.
