More than 20 years of professional experience in the Industrial Property area.
Representative of Mexico in various sessions of the Working Group of the Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Working Group on the Legal Development of the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs, both before the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
Education
- Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
- Specialist in Amparo and Constitutional Guarantees from the National Institute of Criminal Sciences.
- Industrial Property Specialist by the Institute of Intellectual Property and Competition Law.
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration, A.C.
- Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration from UNIR.
- Languages: Spanish and English
