About Leandro Fonseca

Patent specialist with over 10 years of experience – focusing on chemistry, pharmacy, biology, agrochemistry and the environment (Life Sciences) – additional experience as a chemist in a chemical industry.

Solid experience with patent searches in private and public databases, patent drafting, freedom to operate reports (FTOs), infringement analysis, compliance with requirements, technical examination subsidies, appeals against rejection, invalidity and manifestations of patent examination opinions. Has provided support to lawyers in lawsuits in the chemical, pharmaceutical, agrochemical and related fields.
