More than 7 years of professional experience in the Intellectual Property sector. Expert in the prosecution of patents, utility models and industrial designs in Mexico and Latin America, with special emphasis in the mechanical, electrical and electronic areas.
Has participated in a multiplicity of projects around IIP, such as technological information searches, patentability analysis, patent drafting, infringement and patent invalidity opinions, among others.
Education
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Languages: Spanish and English.
