About Benjamín Martínez

More than 20 years of professional experience in the Intellectual Property area, mainly focused on advising on Intellectual Property management strategies for public entities and large companies. Also currently a Professor of Economic Theory at the Autonomous University of Madrid and a regular speaker at numerous seminars and conferences related to the area of Intellectual Property management (IESE; CNIC; CSIC; UPM...). Prior to joining ClarkeModet, worked in several companies in the engineering and training area, as well as in the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid.

Degree in Business Administration and Management from the CNIC Autonomous of Madrid
Law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Master's degree in "Economics of Services" from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
D. in Economics, specializing in Industrial Property, Autonomous University of Madrid.
