ClarkeModet Colombia’s nomination for Intellectual Property Firm of the Year recognises the work of the Colombian team in protecting, managing and enforcing its clients’ intangible assets, across both trademarks and patents.
Juan Felipe Acosta has been shortlisted for Intellectual Property Lawyer of the Year for the second consecutive year. His return to the shortlist highlights his track record and his role leading the company in Colombia and the NOLA region.
Alexander Agudelo’s nomination in the Life Sciences category recognises his work as head of the Inventions department. In this role he supports clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors in protecting their innovations, a field that calls for a high degree of technical and regulatory expertise.
