Arosa I+D is a Spanish consulting firm specialized in the provision of comprehensive services for the management of aids (subsidies and interest-free loans) and tax deductions. In this manner, the ClarkeModet Group strengthens its Tax & Funding division, increasing its services in the innovation value chain.
With this acquisition, ClarkeModet strengthens its leadership position in intangible asset management and innovation services.
