This is the new ClarkeModet: a strategic change to celebrate the future

Clarke, Modet & Cº is as of today ClarkeModet. For the 140th anniversary since the company was founded, we have made a commitment to as complete transformation with a new corporate brand that has already been unveiled in ten countries in Europe and Latin America. We have changed the logotype, the visual identity and the name (maintaining our identifying marks, but simpler and digital). We have also decided to concentrate our values on four pillars: connection, trust, knowledge, and adaptability.

This change is the result of four years of internal reorganization in which we have unified the structure of all our branches to be more efficient and flexible for clients and to continue anticipating current market and social demands through technology, knowledge and enormous adaptability. In its origins at the end of the 19th century, ClarkeModet registered Edison and Marconi patents from its office in Spain. Today, it is a group of companies made up of ten enterprises which manage 1 out of every 10 patents in all Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries. With this new branding platform, we hope to face the future challenges in the sector, including the incorporation of the latest technologies to the technical and legal services linked with Intellectual Property.

Our CEO, Farrokh Keneshkar, considers that this change “reinforces the company’s forward-looking vision of trust and shows its positioning as essential allies in innovation processes that enterprises are facing today”. ClarkeModet has always been characterized by an ambition to revolutionize, and this enabled us to be pioneers in the sector when launching new services and initiating an early international expansion back in the 1960s.

 

What is our new brand like?

Since our establishment in 1870 (over 140 years ago) our core idea has been to offer the best IP solutions to our clients so that they can concentrate on what really matters: turning their ideas into a reality. So the new logotype incorporates a symbol used as a tribute to this core idea: it symbolizes the common ground between innovative and entrepreneurial ideas from around the world and holistic and pioneer solutions provided at ClarkeModet, joining you in the challenges you face as an ally. The classic corporate green that has been with the company over several decades has also evolved and given way to a new ultramarine blue and the color ruby red, representing the best expression of our values.

With this new face and generous doses of innovation, we will are now ready to face the digital transformation and the inclusion of emerging technologies in our services. We are ready to join the future. #MoreClarkeModet than ever.
