ClarkeModet Group has completed the first phase of an internal reorganization process to face growth in new international markets. The Spanish international group, currently present in 10 countries, plans to expand its presence in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the United States by 2022 and strengthen and diversify its legal and strategic consulting services in Intellectual Property.
To achieve that plan, the group led by Luis De Torres has restructured its management, operations, and business development areas to undertake this plan. It has renewed the managers in four key areas: Nahanny Canal (Operations), Marc Blanxart (Business Development), Eusebio Yribarren (Digital Transformation), and Juan Carlos Garavito (Marketing).
«This internal reorganization is the first step of others upcoming in 2021 and 2022 to achieve our goal of becoming the leading international IP operator specializing in Europe and Latin America», explains De Torres, Global CEO of ClarkeModet. «Our organization is aligning itself with the new global market, where protecting intangible assets is increasingly important to ensure organizations’ growth and society’s progress through innovation.»
