When carrying out business, the ClarkeModet Group employs best international practices and standards of good governance and ethics defined in its codes of conduct, which are the basis supporting our employees, directors and administrators in order to tackle present and future challenges.
In 2002 we set out on the path to implement the “Management Rules and Good Governance”.
Today, all the Group’s companies have their own Ethics Code based on the corporate model, which defines the values, commitments and responsibilities we have fostered. Our Corporate Ethics Code.
The principles of our Ethics Code are not only applicable to internal conduct, but also to our relationships with all our groups of interest: clients, suppliers, competitors (“winning the right way”), allies and Public Administration departments.

We actively support diversity in the whole company, and do everything within our reach to create and perpetuate an inclusive culture. As a group our hiring process is chiefly governed by an equal opportunity policy.

RESPECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and to implementing environmentally friendly practices among our employees and suppliers. We have introduced the use of electronic billing and have digitised all our clients’ archives in order to accomplish our goal of becoming a paper free company.
Our initiatives include the support of nonprofit organisations and Universities, through the sponsorship of several Intellectual Property mastery programs. The purpose is to share innovation with public and private companies.
Whistleblowing and query channel
Each company in the ClarkeModet Group have their own whistleblowing channel so that employees and collaborators can report any irregularities they detect in relation to possible breaches of our ethics standards, and also submit any queries or doubts they may have concerning the development and exercising of their work.
