Specialist in regulatory affairs for the correct obtaining of sanitary authorizations for medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements, drugs and other products, before the Ministry of Health and other governmental agencies, for the manufacture, importation, marketing, and maintenance of the above mentioned health supplies throughout their life cycle, ensuring that they comply with the corresponding regulations and laws.
Specialized in audits of quality management systems to determine the degree of compliance with applicable regulations.
Much of my experience has been forged in consultancies successfully obtaining the trade for the marketing of medical devices, and developing quality manuals and Standard Operating Procedures for companies engaged in the import, marketing and distribution of medical devices.
